Beginning the SPORT Journey
Gymnastics is the foundation for all physical activity and sports. The Developmental Boys & Girls Programs are annual programs by invitation only on a year to year basis. The programs provide a solid base for the development of physical literacy ensuring that young athletes are well-equipped and confident to pursue gymnastics or another sport that may be more suited to them.

COACH IN TRAINING
Our CIT program offers opportunities for gymnasts between the ages 14-17 to begin training towards becoming a coach. Through workshops and volunteer activities, gymnasts can prepare to take the Gymnastics Foundations Certification and provide mentorship to younger gymnasts in our recreational program. They can also stay in shape by doing Adult Gym, learn to be a judge, as well as compete in our very own masters’ competition.
