We offer specialized classes and camps to new and existing members that give you and your athlete a chance to experience gymnastics before committing to one of our seasonal programs. An annual membership must be purchased with each class in order for you to enroll.

A weekly, 45 minutes class for boys and girls accompanied by one parent. Parent participation classes offer children a safe gymnastics environment to explore with their parent / caregiver. Coaches will demonstrate how they can learn motor skills through free play, songs, games, creative movement and circuits.
Rock n' Rollers class (1 year olds)
Jumping Jellybeans class (2 year olds)
Bouncing Bears class (3-4 year olds)
A weekly, 55 minutes class for boys and girls. Preschool classes offer coach guided lessons for independent learners with a focus on the fundamentals of movement and basic gymnastic elements.
Tiny Tumblers class (3 year olds)
Leapin' Lemurs class (4 year olds)
A weekly, 1 hour and 25 minute class for boys and girls and twice a week for the Advanced class. Designed to keep kids in sport for life, these programs promote self-esteem, friendship, safety and the FUN, FITNESS and FUNDAMENTALS of gymnastics. Our Achievement Program will recognize children’s accomplishments as they progress through the levels. Our aim is to help every child grow, learn and enjoy the many athletic benefits of gymnastics.

A weekly, 55-minute long program for athletes 65+ years old. This program focuses on stretch, strength, mobility and balance.
Super Seniors is currently being hosted both in person and virtually. Virtual programs have been adjusted to accommodate exercising at home, these are 45-minutes long.
Super Seniors and Virtual Seniors ages 65+
A weekly, 2 hours class (1h instructed +1h open) Whether you are a returning athlete or new to the sport, you are welcome to join us at any age! Join classes to achieve new goals, maintain skills, and stay fit!
