Beginning the SPORT Journey
Gymnastics is the foundation for all physical activity and sports. The Developmental Boys & Girls Programs are annual programs by invitation only on a year to year basis. The programs provide a solid base for the development of physical literacy ensuring that young athletes are well-equipped and confident to pursue gymnastics or another sport that may be more suited to them.

WHAT OUR MEMBERS SAY
“The toddler class is so much fun. The instructors are not only knowledgable in body physics and also communication with kids of different age. They show passion at what they do. Clean environment. Reasonable price.”

“I started Phoenix's adult gymnastics on a whim having never done anything remotely like it before, and I've had such an awesome experience. The staff and coaches are so welcoming and encouraging and the atmosphere is very inclusive. I felt completely comfortable, even though I am VERY much a beginner, and far less experienced than anyone else.”
Kate S
“Signed up for my first session for my son. The instructors and staff are great, they are very attentive and flexible. There are 2 options, the bigger room downstairs but there is also a room upstairs called the Tree House, that allows for smaller classes.”
